Don’t miss the 5th edition of “Dining with the Stars”, the gourmet event that brings the star chefs of the JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs to the kitchens of the most exclusive Diamonds Resorts of the Planhotel Hospitality Group.

The young chef has a marked creative spirit, well represented in his cuisine, well rooted in the territory, with contemporary leaps that enhance the artisan raw material. His Osteria Fernanda, that respects the concept of a modern bistronomic restaurant, enhancing the craftsmanship of the author’s cuisine, is now one of the most interesting contemporary bistros in Rome.

During this week, Chef Davide Del Duca will be cooking for our guests at :

  • Show cooking on Tuesday 9th of July
  • Gala Dinner on Wednesday 10th of July
  • Cooking Class on Friday 12th of July
  • Four Hands Dinner on Saturday 13th of July

Guests of the Diamonds Star of the East can benefit of this exclusive initiative which is included in the All Inclusive Formula. Guests of Diamonds La Gemma Dell’Est may take advantage of this initiative paying an additional fee and depending on availability.
